Delivery within the Coventry area CV1 to CV34

Delivery CV1 to CV7 – £3.50
Delivery CV8 to CV34 – £6.00

Any other delivery area may incur an additional charge.

Same day delivery if ordered before 12pm subject to flower availability and flowers may be substituted.

Funeral flowers ordered via web-site at least 3 days in advance. Any bespoke/design tributes could take longer-please ask for further details. IF FLOWERS ARE NEEDED URGENTLY CALL THE SHOP AND DISCUSS WITH THE FLORIST.

We are closed during bank holidays.

Dispatching:

Please allow additional time if your order has been placed over the weekend. If certain products are not available in stock we will inform you and suggest a later delivery date or a flower substitute.

Please advise of a safe place or preferred neighbour to leave the flowers with and a calling card will be left to say where we have left them. In the event that we can’t leave the flowers we will put a card through the door and will be returned to the shop with our contact details for the recipient to call and discuss further instructions.

Please make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. A phone number of the recipient is always a good idea so we can call if having difficulty locating address or leaving the flowers in a safe place.

We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.
